Job Description (aka What you'll do)

  • Overseeing and executing the recruitment process end-to-end
  • Advertising open positions in various channels
  • Assesing incoming resumes / profiles
  • Communication with candidates
  • Coordinating homework assignments
  • Arranging job interviews
  • Providing feedback to candidates
  • Finding and maintaining relationships with HR agencies

Potential Areas of Your Growth

  • Onboarding new employees
  • Trade shows and conferences - exhibiting and sponsorships
  • Supporting employer branding activities
  • Helping to plan & arrange trainings, etc.

What we look for (aka Requirements)

  • Great organisational skills
  • Empathy
  • Ability to work with various kinds of people
  • Great knowledge of English & Polish
  • Basic knowledge of Polish law, especially employment contracts
  • Basic understanding of software development industry
  • Basic understanding of IT technologies (ex. you should know where Java and JavaScript are used 😉)
  • Fluency using office applications and equipment
  • Nice-to-have: knowledge of human psychology, coaching
  • Nice-to-have: previous experience in HR-related position
