For us, work culture isn’t just a buzzphrase. Quite the opposite — it’s a set of values shared by all Evojammers. To write these values down, we’ve been talking with our teammates about what makes them engaged and what they appreciate the most at Evojam.
After a number of conversations, we’ve established five key values. See below what they are and what we do to keep them present in our daily work. Actions speak louder than words!
Growth
At Evojam you grow professionally and personally in no time! We host internal knowledge-sharing sessions. Every six months we receive feedforward from our teammates and collaborators, so we know what (and how!) to improve.
Trust
We’re a team of self-motivated professionals with a strong sense of ownership. We trust each other and believe that we don’t need to track anyone’s activity to get things done. We know we can rely on each other and that’s why we love teamwork!
Knowledge sharing
We value sharing knowledge and learning from each other. Expertise can be shared through expert consultations, knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and other forms of collaboration. It’s not tied to seniority or a fixed mentoring model — everyone can contribute and learn from others.
Impact
We care about your opinions and ideas. We often ask our teammates for feedback on processes, tools, and activities at Evojam. What is more, if you feel like switching projects or shaping your career in a different way, we’ll do our best to help you!
People-first approach
People are the core of Evojam, and our goal is to create a friendly and caring environment. We build close relationships through many online and offline meetings. We believe that technology works best when it supports people, not replaces the human connection behind the work.
Benefits
There are many various factors that impact our well-being and work performance. To help you grow, we offer a variety of benefits from different categories. At Evojam, you will find benefits that support your health and those related to work-life balance and education.

Working at a small company - our guidebook
We proudly admit that we’re a small company, and we plan to stay this way. There are a lot of perks of working in such an environment, and we gladly embrace them. To give you a few examples: you can be easily recognised for your work, try your hands at new technologies and roles, get to know all your colleagues well… the list goes on and on!
We wanted to give you detailed information about working at a small company. That’s how the idea of creating a guidebook was born. Inside, we’ve gathered articles by Junior and Senior developers, Project Managers, and HR Specialists to show you the most diverse perspective possible.
So, is a small company the right fit for you?

Recruitment stages
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION?
You’ll receive an e-mail message from us within up to 7 days.
We’ll contact you no matter whether we decide to pursue your application or not.
If we decide to pursue it, these are the stages of the recruitment process at Evojam:
A short introduction video call Ania from the P&C team. We’d love to tell you more about the role and company and answer any questions you might have at this point (20 mins).
Optional — a homework assignment (for junior roles).
The final interview. It consists of two parts: the HR part (30 mins) and the technical part (1h).
Feedback. We’ll let you know about our decision within two weeks. And then, hopefully, we’ll welcome you on board!
Before your first day, you’ll receive an onboarding e-mail where we’ll outline a plan for your first days at Evo. Moreover, expect a delivery to your door — in addition to work equipment, you’ll also get a welcome pack!
