Design Venture Lab is an in-depth workshop spanning 16 to 24 hours, typically distributed over 3 to 5 days. While our preference is for onsite sessions, we seamlessly adapt to host them online to accommodate your needs.

Our workshop unfolds in two distinct phases. Initially, we concentrate on refining your goals and comprehending your business concept. Our objective is to assist you in selecting the vital elements for new solutions, laying the groundwork for the second phase based on mutually agreed-upon insights.

The second part of the workshop delves into the core of designing specific solution elements. Employing diverse tools and techniques such as Design Sprint, Event Storming, Lean Canvas, Customer Journey Mapping, Empathy or Persona Workshop, and more, we address your unique questions. The outcome is tangible materials and plans that propel us seamlessly into the development phase. Join us on this transformative journey, tailored to meet your specific needs.

Price

The cost of conducting our Design Venture Lab Workshop is a Fixed Price of $9000 net. This investment translates to 160-200 hours of our expert team's time and attention focused solely on your project. If you decide to proceed with Evojam's services for developing your product, the workshop cost will be deducted from the first invoice.
